01 / The brief

The brief

Miami’s Best Blinds supplies custom blinds, shades, shutters and motorized window treatments with professional installation. The brief was to take over an existing Google Ads account and build an acquisition system that could handle more investment while keeping enquiries measurable.

The work started with the buying journey: what people search for, what competitors promise and what a prospect needs before requesting a consultation, measurement or quote.

02 / The challenge

The challenge

South Florida is a competitive window-treatment market. More spend would also bring more waste unless keyword targeting, service relevance, the landing experience and lead handoff improved together.

  • Separate product and local intent instead of grouping every service into one campaign.
  • Reduce irrelevant searches through negative keywords and recurring search-term reviews.
  • Make forms, calls and contact actions visible beyond the advertising dashboard.

03 / The decisions

The decisions

  • Research local demand, competitor offers, landing pages, reviews and calls to action before scaling.
  • Segment campaigns around blinds, roller and zebra shades, blackout shades, motorized treatments, shutters and local searches.
  • Align ad messaging with the destination page; strengthen value propositions, trust content, mobile usability, short forms and click-to-call.
  • Connect GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversions, Meta Pixel and GoHighLevel CRM.
  • Use Meta for supporting awareness, social proof and retargeting, with weekly campaign and search-term reviews.

04 / Results and performance

Results and performance

The managed period reports 17,100 clicks, 1.99 million impressions and $49,400 in spend. Recorded conversion actions increased from 471 in the earlier account period to 1,600, while conversion rate changed from 4.99% to 9.36%.

Average cost per conversion also increased, from $21.44 to $30.88. The periods differ in duration and investment, so volume, spend and cost per action need to be assessed together.

05 / What this project demonstrates

What this project demonstrates

Search captured intent, service pages explained the offer, tracked actions recorded the response and the CRM made follow-up visible. The useful lesson is that scaling acquisition requires attention to each handoff, including the points outside the ad account.

The takeaway

Scale the whole enquiry journey: search intent, page relevance, measurement and follow-up.
