01 / The brief

The brief

Capital Closure was a Dubai liquidation firm starting without a digital presence. The project brought website strategy, service architecture, SEO, content, paid media and tracking into one acquisition-ready foundation.

The website needed to help a prospect understand the service and choose a practical next step: call, WhatsApp or submit a form.

02 / The challenge

The challenge

A new professional-services business needs both visibility and a clear explanation of what it does. Creating a website alone would leave acquisition disconnected; running campaigns without suitable service pages would make the post-click journey harder.

  • Define the website and service architecture before adding traffic.
  • Support organic discovery and high-intent paid searches.
  • Connect educational social content with a usable contact journey.

03 / The decisions

The decisions

  • Build a website around the firm’s services and the questions prospective customers need answered.
  • Establish technical SEO, service pages and content, then continue optimization.
  • Use Google Ads to capture relevant search intent and Meta to support paid social acquisition.
  • Create branded educational posts around free-zone exits, clearances and liquidation steps.
  • Connect call, WhatsApp and form paths to tracking and ongoing optimization.

The Google Ads total measures conversion actions. Search Console measures organic search visibility and clicks. Keeping these separate gives a clearer view of each channel’s contribution.

05 / What this project demonstrates

What this project demonstrates

The project connected a service website with organic discovery, paid search, paid social and educational content. Each route returned to the same contact paths, with tracking around the actions the site was built to support.

The takeaway

Build the service architecture, acquisition channels and contact paths around the same business objective.
