Privacy Policy
Your information,
handled carefully.
How this website handles information you provide and the technical data used to support it.
Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email and the main problem or goal. Company/website, type of help and budget are optional. Your details are stored in private WordPress records accessible to site administrators.
Why the information is used
Enquiry details are used to understand your request, assess fit and respond when a contact route is configured. Please avoid including passwords, financial records or sensitive personal information.
Campaign context and browser storage
When available, the campaign source, medium, campaign name and first visited path are stored with the enquiry. Session storage keeps this context while you browse. Form answers and personal contact details are not included in the website’s analytics event payloads.
Email and newsletter services
No external email notification or newsletter provider is currently connected. Enquiries are stored privately; newsletter signup stays hidden until a provider is configured. Any enabled provider will have its own confirmation process and privacy terms.
Technical data and protection
Forms validate required fields, check a submission token, use a hidden spam field and limit repeated valid submissions. A salted hash of the connection address is used temporarily for rate limiting; the raw address is not stored in the enquiry record.
Cookies and external links
WordPress uses cookies for administrator sign-in. No analytics or advertising account is connected. Configured external profile links take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Retention and your requests
Records remain in WordPress until removed by site administrators. To ask about information you have submitted, or request its removal, use the enquiry form and identify the relevant record.
