01 / The brief
The brief
Prospects may know they need an audit without knowing the relevant service, documents, jurisdiction, process or fee. RT Audit Services needed a landing page that helped visitors move from an uncertain requirement to a useful enquiry.
The primary action was an audit scope-and-fee request, supported by a dedicated desktop and mobile qualification journey.
02 / The challenge
The challenge
A conventional corporate page can describe expertise without helping a visitor understand which engagement applies to them. The page had to make the purchase easier to navigate while preserving the breadth of the service.
- Help prospects identify a relevant service.
- Explain responsibility and process before the enquiry.
- Request information that can support a useful scope discussion.
03 / The decisions
The decisions
- Use a high-intent scope-and-fee form in the hero, rather than a general contact request.
- Introduce entity, purpose and jurisdiction as scope questions.
- Present six specialist services so visitors can recognise the engagement they need.
- Show senior involvement through a professional profile.
- Explain the route from requirement to final report, with document guidance, FAQs and review-led reassurance.
- Keep the same qualification sequence on mobile: headline, form, trust, services, process, credibility and CTA.

04 / What was delivered
What was delivered
The finished design presents a complex professional service as a structured enquiry journey. Service segmentation, a visible accountable professional and a scope-first form give the visitor more context before making contact.

The page makes the service easier to assess and gives the team a more useful starting point for the enquiry conversation.
05 / What this project demonstrates
What this project demonstrates
The expertise stays detailed, while the decision becomes easier to follow. This is the role of conversion design in professional services: help the right visitor recognise the right conversation to start.
The takeaway
Make a complex service easier to choose by clarifying scope, responsibility and the next step.
